
Erik Schreiber is the owner of CustomFit360, an award-winning personal training studio based in Delaware, with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. A dedicated specialist in functional training for the 55+ population, Erik has helped hundreds of older adults reclaim strength, balance, and confidence through targeted, science-driven programming.
Erik holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Fitness Leadership, is a Functional Aging Specialist, and is certified through NASM, ISSA, NESTA, NCSF, and PPSC. He is also the creator of The Integrated 6 Pillars Method, a comprehensive programming system built on movement patterns, core health components, and key training principles — all designed to maximize performance and longevity across the lifespan.
As a coach, speaker, and educator, Erik blends his background in Olympic Weightlifting, corrective exercise, and group training to create approachable, effective, and adaptable training systems that meet clients where they are — and move them where they want to go.
